Espresso Decaffeinato 2LB

My kitchen scale read exactly 2 pounds when it arrived, no shrinkage in the bag. The decaf roast holds that deep espresso bitterness even without the caffeine kick, which surprised me for a decaf. I've been pulling shots at 9pm without lying awake afterward, it's become my nightly ritual.

Bought this mostly for late-night cortados and it pulls a shockingly thick crema for a decaf. The 2 lb bag has lasted me almost two months at two doubles a day, which is way better value than the little supermarket tins.

I was skeptical that decaf could actually taste like real espresso, but this one pulled a rich, syrupy shot with a proper crema on my first try. Now I can have a double after 9pm without lying awake for hours. The 2lb bag is generous too, so it lasts me well over a month.
