Pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was thick enough to hold a spoon — this blend really does deliver that creamy Italian mouthfeel. It's got that long, smooth finish that lingers just right without any bitterness creeping in. Glad I grabbed the 2LB bag since it's already half gone.

The crema on this pulls thick and dark, almost syrupy, which is exactly what I want in an Italian-style espresso. Two pounds lasts me about a month at two doubles a day, and it stays balanced right through the bag.
